Cancellations
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full treatment cost.
Deposits
A £20 deposit is required for all new clients and large appointments. Deposits are non-refundable.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased in the salon or posted at an extra cost. Must be used within five months of purchase.
